Jest nadzieja. Twórcy Warhammera Online pracują/pracowali nad FreePlay

Jest światełko nadzei, chociaż Warhammer Online powinien przejść na Free2Play już dawno temu, jeszcze przed Star Wars: The Old Republic i niewypałem, jakim był (zamknięty już) Warhammer: Wrath of the Heroes.

Niemniej, fragment wywiadu dla amerykańskiego serwisu daje podstawy do myślenia o Warhammer Online już jako darmowej grze. Teoretycznie.

The dreaded F2P question. I know there is an ever growing group of people clamoring for WAR to make the switch. Of course, as has been said before, it is something we’ve actively investigated, and we’ve never written it off as a possibility, but there are numerous elements to WAR which make F2P conversion quite the delicate topic. While I don’t know exactly what higher-up machinations are at play with something like this, I can say that I’ve worked on a few different proposals outlining different ways we could make inroads into F2P territory with as little collateral damage as possible. What becomes of those proposals, however, has yet to be seen.

Czyli, że miały już miejsce jakieś ruchy ws. przekształcenia WAR na darmówkę, aby nie ucierpiała ani rozgrywka, ani gracze. Wszystko jest jeszcze jednak otwarte i jak to mówi "okaże się". 

Najwyższa pora, bo co jak co, ale WAR i wg mnie, i wg Was (ankieta) to NUMER1 na liście gier Pay2Play, które powinny być dostępne dla darmozjadów. Prawda?
