Niewiarygodne. Rosyjski wydawca Black Desert zamknął serwery i usunął wszystkie konta!

Czytaliście wczorajszy raport Hakushiego na temat rosyjskiej wersji Black Desert Online? Wtedy nie było jeszcze wiadomo, jak to się wszystko zakończy. 

Dzisiaj już tak...

Bez happy-endu, niestety. Tamtejsi gracze otrzymali komunikat, który brzmiał dla nich jak wyrok (śmierci). 

Pearl Abyss (producent) nie dogadał się z dotychczasowym wydawcą (GameNet) w sprawie transferu daych, co poskutkowało tym, że WSZYSTKIE KONTA rosyjskich graczy BDO zostały skasowane, a sama gra zamknięta.  

Wyobrażacie sobie? Stracić wszystko, na co pracowaliśmy przez ostatnie trzy lata (BDRU wystartował w 2015 roku). Można się załamać. 

Najgorsze jednak, że tak naprawdę nie wiadomo, kto jest w tej pokręconej sytuacji tym „złym”? Pearl Abyss twierdzi, że Rosjanie nie chcieli się zgodzić na nowe warunki, a potem utrudniali przekazanie bazy danych (podobno z powodu tamtejszego prawa). Z kolei GameNet obarcza winą producentów, którzy nie mieli ochoty przedłużyć z nimi kontraktu na grę bez podania dokładnej przyczyny („Russia is so small”), a potem odrzucali albo zbywali jakiekolwiek próby negocjacji. 

Szkoda, że nam tym wszystkim ucierpieli gracze, którzy nie byli w żaden sposób związani z tym zamieszaniem. Jak zwykle oberwało się niewinnym.

In Gamenet nobody understands what is happening, we cannot explain the stopping of the service, the lack of new servers and the games launched by Pearl Abyss Corp, it seems that everything that is happening is sur.

We have been negotiating to extend the service since February 2018, 5 times in Korea, 2 times in Moscow.

We asked to extend the license agreement for the game, all this time from February to September we asked to extend the agreement.

Throughout this time, we expressed doubts about the possibility of a qualitative, legal transfer of the service due to the complexity of the process, to which we heard the answer once - “Russia is so small,” “you understand.” Until today, we did not understand.

In August, we appointed a transition manager, whose task was to understand all the issues of the transfer and to do everything possible to legally transfer the service. On the Pearl Abyss Corp side, there were many different representatives, whose opinions did not always coincide.

The database and service needed not only to be given away, and it was necessary to accept it. And do it by law.

Without going into details of the legality of the transfer of service and actions of the parties, we want to say that we have done everything possible and it seems impossible too.

All our words have records, correspondence, documents, we can always prove how diligently we were looking for the right option.

After the start of work, Transition manager began to conduct an audit of contracts, technical features of operations, databases being prepared for transfer. The audit revealed that, in violation of the agreements, without the permission and knowledge of other parties, sensitive data were collected in the game databases, access to which from third countries should be strictly limited. Based on this initial information, an examination was carried out, which confirmed our concerns.

We found and offered Pearl Abyss Corp a solution to the issue of service infrastructure in the CIS. But judging by the news on the website www.ru.playblackdesert.com, the company Pearl Abyss Corp withdrew from the negotiations, which was a surprise to us.

Nie ma się z czego śmiać. A gdyby na miejscu GameNet było Kakao Games i sprawa dotyczyłaby europejskiej, a nie rosyjskiej wersji gry? Jakbyście się czuli, gdyby ktoś skasował waszą postać, na którą poświeciliście tysiące godzin? 

Fakty są jednak takie, że 12 października 2018 roku rosyjska wersja Black Desert Online przestała istnieć. Prawa do gry wróciły do Pearl Abyss, ale co będzie dalej – cholera wie.
